On 5 January 2024, the Company announced that it has executed a binding mining lease agreement with Doyon, Limited for the Vinasale Gold Project in Alaska, USA, comprising ~6,500 hectares which is located ~310km northwest of Anchorage and ~26km south of McGrath.
The mining lease agreement will allow the Company to conduct mineral exploration, mineral development and produdction activities at the Project, subject to terms and conditions of the agreement.
