Discovery Alaska Limited ("the Company") is an Australian public company that is focused on mineral exploration activities in the USA, which resulted in the granting of 308 mining claims in Alaska, being the Chulitna Project, in February 2021.
In December 2023, the Company relinquished 284 mining claims within the project and reduced the project area to 15.5km2 (24 claims) centred on the Partin Creek gold prospect.
In December 2025, the Company executed a binding Heads of Agreement for an option to acquire a 100% interest in Idaho State Lease E600117 ("ISL"), comprising ~640 acres located ~90km southwest of Boise in Idaho, USA.
In April 2026, the Company successfully completed the staking of twenty (20) additional BLM claims covering an area of ~413 acres located northwest, east and southeast of the existing ISL.
In August 2026, the Company announced that it had entered into a binding Share Purchase Agreement to acquire the strategic Cuddingwarra Gold Project, located near Cue, Western Australia, which comprises eight (8) Prospecting License applications covering an area of 13.86 km2 in a significant land position neighbouring the historical Cuddingwarra Gold Mine and other major gold producers and projects.
